Fix for known issues with Ubuntu 22.x

Problem:

Ubuntu 22.x doesn't use the FUSE package ("Filesystem in Userspace"). If started from the command line, the user gets an error that FUSE is not installed.

Answer:

The work-around is to install the libfuse2 package:
