When I try to log in, I get the error message that I'm already logged in

If you see this error message:

It usually happens because of a problem during a logout or while installing a new update.

All you need to do is wait for 20 minutes since we automatically log out inactive users from our servers.

If you still can't log in after 30 minutes with the above error message, please open a ticket with our customer service by clicking on the "Help" button in the lower right corner.
